Requesting Account Deletion

If you decide that you would like to delete your user account, we've made the process straightforward. Please follow these steps:

1. Open your email client and compose a new email
   
2. Address the email to our dedicated support team at support@belong.is
   
3. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
   
4. In the body of your email, kindly request that your account be deleted. Please include the name of the app you want your account deleted from and the email address associated with your account. You don't need to provide any reasons for this request unless you wish to do so.
   

Once we receive your request, our support team will process it promptly. We will send you a confirmation once your account has been successfully deleted.

Managing Your App Data

To manage your app data:

1. Compose an email to our support team at support@belong.is.
   
2. Use the subject line "App Data Deletion Request".
   
3. In the email, clearly specify the types of data you wish to have deleted. For example, you can request the removal of your activity history, transaction history, or any images and videos you've shared through the app. Please also include the email address and the App Name associated with your account to help us accurately identify your data.
   Our team will review your request and take the necessary steps to delete the specified data from our records. We will confirm with you once the data has been successfully removed.

Please note that this process does not affect the overall status of your account, which will remain active. You can continue to enjoy using the App without any interruption.

Data Deletion Details

Upon the deletion of your account, Rebounty Inc. will remove all records associated with your account from our databases. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, usage data, and any content you may have created or shared within the app.

Please note: Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover any of the data associated with it. Therefore, we recommend ensuring that you have saved any important information elsewhere before requesting account deletion.

Data Retention

There are no additional retention periods once you request the deletion of your account. All your data will be removed from our systems without delay, in compliance with data protection regulations and our commitment to your privacy.
